Golden Forest
Golden Ears Provincial Park, British Columbia [ Canada ]
I spent all of my childhood summers in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia. The whole area holds a special place in my heart, but for some reason I hadn't ever explored the nearby Golden Ears Provincial Park until a couple years ago. It's obvious why my heart lives in these forests - cameras and photos can hardly do the depths of green justice. Every step, every turn, every tree - the forest is always alive.
Size of print: 5 x 7" incl. white border.
Photos are printed on recycled card. This print includes a wood block for your print to stand in; each wood slice is 2.5 - 3" in diameter x 3/4" thick, and are made of hand-finished douglas fir, sourced from local deadfall. Each slice will vary in size, shape and character.
